Who Can Enter
Anyone age 10 or older by February 1, 2008. Employees of GODO MEDIA LLC or its subsidiaries and members of their households or immediate families are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
Go to www.xerpi.com/play and sign up for a Xerpi account. Usage for points earned will be counted from 12:00am ET March 1, 2008 through 11:59pm ET March 31, 2008.
If you are unable to register but still wish to enter the Sweepstakes, please send in a US #10 first class envelope with a 3” x 5” card with your hand printed full name, address, city, state and zip code to:

Sweepstakes Dates
The Xerpi “Give it to a friend” Contest will begin on March 1, 2008 and end on March 31, 2008. Points will be tallied, and the drawing will be held between April 1, 2008 and April 10, 2008. Winners will be notified on April 15, 2008.
Prizes
Earned Points Prize - $500 USD will be awarded to the user who has accrued the most points during the contest time period.
Random Drawing Prize – A drawing for one Apple iPod Touch (retail value $299 USD) will be awarded to the winner selected at random by GODO MEDIA LLC based on entries recorded by GODO MEDIA LLC. Users will receive one drawing entry for each point they accrue during the contest time period.
Odds of Winning
Each registered user's odds of winning the Random Drawing Prize is dependent on the total number of points accrued by that user.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours of the prize determination and drawing. Winners will be required to respond to the notification with mailing address within 10 calendar days, or the prize will be awarded to a replacement winner for Earned Points Prize the user with the next highest accumulated points will be the winner and for the Random Drawing Prize a replacement will be drawn at random. GODO MEDIA LLC decisions about winners are final.
Limits of Liability
GODO MEDIA LLC has no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. GODO MEDIA LLC assumes no liability for lost or misdirected entries or survey submissions whether due to technical or computer malfunctions or otherwise. GODO MEDIA LLC assumes no liability for technical or computer malfunctions of any kind on either its systems or the systems of entrants. GODO MEDIA LLC reserves the right to cancel the sweepstakes at any time if the integrity of the sweepstakes is compromised in any way.
Winner Responsibilities
Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred. Winners must submit an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with the Official Contest Rules. GODO MEDIA LLC will pay shipping costs to addresses in the United Kingdom or United States up to $20. Any additional shipping costs to areas outside of the UK or US will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Publicity
If the winner consents, GODO MEDIA LLC may wish to publish the first name, first letter of last name, and location (city) of winners, and any quotation that the winner is willing to provide on the www.xerpi.com website.
